Both this and the beginner volume are unbelievably well done. Perfectly clear explanations, excellent organization and pace. Highly recommended.

Note to author: the only way I could imagine improving on these textbooks would be with the addition of an index or search facility. Sometimes I know a topic is covered in one of the volumes but I have to skim through each chapter again to find it.
